Pregnancy strips more than just your mind!
99% of people are afraid of their own smile.
Mostly moms.
No one ever told me your teeth matter too while being an incubator for 9 months.
No one said you’d end up Turning into a real-life
gummy bear! š
Kidding; always.
My mind can wonder most posts, don’t worry my brain will catch up eventually.
The truth about what really happens during pregnancy is wilder than a man or a person who hasn’t had any kids yet will understand. It’s not just are brains that go haywire.
It’s a whole chemical reaction into newer parts being bestowed upon us.
A blessing in a REALLY big disguise.
Let’s be real? Okay?
I wouldn’t be me if I couldn’t be honest.
Yes, having a baby is a HIGE blessing, many can’t. So, I won’t treat it as it isn’t a blessing.
But I also won’t deny the fact that it does change the way our brains are wired.
You’re not the same, even if you feel like it.
Don’t even get me started on how much enamel is stripped from our teeth, from many things other than puking our guts out every morning.
Some moms do not have the best smile, (including me, hence why I’m even having the courage to speak on it.)
They hide it VERY well.
Ever wonder why they chose a restaurant that had seating opposite of other people?
Who wants to be stared at while eating trying not to show you teeth in any way to gross them out.
Completely icing yourself into isolation.
Have you ever gotten asked if you did drugs for going into the hospital for an abscess?
Only to tell them no, my enamel was ruined during pregnancy.
In your head they don’t believe you.
You’re so used to people boxing you into labels that you don’t even bother to explain it anymore.
Fear is evil, thoughts are real.
Think about the way you judge people, not everyone has a choice to live without insecurities.
AND NOT EVERYONE PARTICIPATES IN RUG ABUSE.
Be kind and we’ll all be fine!
